Jason Mackey, Principal Dale was my grandfather and I grew up at the agency. Licensed since 2002, I've worked with hundreds of clients, served on several large non-profit boards, and administered employee health and retirement benefits. My favorite is getting to think through a complicated risk to find the right combination of coverages. When I'm not at the office I'm probably doing CrossFit, riding a bike, or pastoring at my church.
I am not a salesperson. I am the resource you need to make an informed decision. I have spent my career working in administration from payroll to processing to training, and most recently working as an executive administrative assistant. I enjoy breaking down complicated issues and helping people understand their policy. And I believe that every sunny afternoon deserves a Coke slushie!
With nearly a decade of customer service experience my bilingual skills have allowed me to connect and support a wide range of clients. I want to make insurance easier and less stressful for everyone--so whether it's answering questions or finding the right coverage, I'm here to help. When I'm not at the office, I love to Cook. It's my happy place reminding me of time spent with family. Good food brings people together.
I'm a business graduate of Bloomsburg University. Growing up in the greater Harrisburg area, I enjoy being able to serve the local community. One thing I love about insurance is finding the best solutions for our clients' unique situations. Being able to hear their story and tailor insurance solutions to their specific needs is a fulfilling duty. An interesting fact about myself is that I play slow-pitch softball on Sundays.
As a bilingual professional, with seven years in marketing and 10+ years in customer service, I am driven to help others succeed. In insurance, that means educating and empowering others toward financial protection and planning. Outside of work, I love cooking. The kitchen is a space to create, connect, and share. Whether I’m trying new recipes or preparing favorite dishes, I enjoy turning ingredients into memorable experiences.
As a Professional Certified Coach (International Coaching Federation), I truly love to listen to people. I have spent over 25 yrs leading non-profits, helping people find their best selves. Now I'm helping people sort through their Medicare options. In my free time, I love to cook and I’m learning to make my own stock, cook on an open fire, can vegetables and butcher meat. Of course, this is tied to my other hobby of watching zombie and contagion movies.
